SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT BOX TO SHIP?

Blue London Studios gift boxes generally ship within 2-3 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped out of Berkley, Michigan, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. Shipping varies depending on your specific needs and location. We encourage everyone to track their orders via their shipping confirmation email. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We deliver within the continental United States.
 
IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

Although we are constantly working to keep shipping costs low, per-box shipping is an additional cost. We do offer several shipping options at checkout and encourage you to choose the best option for your delivery needs.
 
WHAT IF A GIFT ARRIVES EARLIER THAN I NEED IT TO?

Sending it for a special occasion? Birthday, Mother’s Day, Anniversary, etc. let us know and we’ll add our sleek and fun "TO BE OPENED ON ____" sticker to the front of their shipping package. We even added, “Promise, it’s worth the wait” and we mean it!

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY BOX ARRIVES?
 
We’ll be sure to keep you informed along the way and send you an email upon arrival!  
 
Oops! SEEMS I MISSED THE ADDRESS AND MY ORDER SAYS UNDELIVERABLE.

Sorry to hear! We know accidents happen. We're happy to help call carriers, and track down packages the best we can, but if the gift is not recovered, we are unable to ship a replacement unless reordered.
 
WILL MY BOX INCLUDE A RECEIPT?

We understand most of our boxes are shipped directly to the recipient and most often are gifts so no worries, we will be sure to keep your secret and privacy! Their gift box will never include receipts or inventory packing slips.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Blue London Studios orders are final. We take great pride in ensuring your gift is delivered in the most pristine condition, we do understand things can get rocky along the way. If you are not satisfied with the way your gift reached its destination, or you have any suggestions on how we can better serve you, please let us know. Experiencing trouble with your order? Making it special is what we are all about! Leave a special note before adding a gift to your cart and we will hand write it for a personal touch. 

DO YOU MAKE PERSONALIZED CLIENT GIFTS?

Yes, we do! We’d love to work with you in creating the most thought, personal and useful gift for your clients and business partners. We’ll work together to create the perfect gift that best reflects your work and brings your brand to life. We are happy to ship your client gifts right to you all in one order, or directly to your clients. We have a minimum order of 10 gifts for personalized/branded gifts.

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR BOXES?

We carry two box sizes, small; 8” x 8” x 4” / Lid 3.5” and large; 10” x 10” x 4” / Lid 3.5”. All sizes are available in our Irish Linen color. Our boxes are extremely rigid, highly sustainable and make a beautiful storage box for your home or office. Each gift goes out in a shipper box so it arrives in the most pristine condition.
