RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom, personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. In the rare event that an item arrives to you damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right!

Exchanges and order cancellations are accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee. Exchanges will only be accepted for non-personalized items that are received unworn and in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt of the order. Return and additional shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at hello@bluelondonstudios.com for approval.

SHIPPING POLICY

Blue London Studios currently ships within the continental United States. 

We are unable to accept orders destined for PO boxes. Orders placed with a PO box listed as the address will immediately be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
